News: We have now started a Gift Service

Want a birthday gift delivered directly to someone special anywhere in South Africa?

We will place your order in a gift bag (or wrap it if the item is very large), write a personalised message from you in a birthday card, and deliver it directly to their door on your behalf.

There will be no invoice in the parcel, because this will be emailed to you for payment.

Just place your order online, tell us in the comment box that you would like the Gift Service, and we will bag or wrap the order and send you a quotation. Once accepted and paid for, we will then ask you to send us a personalised message to that special someone, and we will write it in a birthday card on your behalf.

Gift bags range from R12 for large to R5 for small. Birthday Cards are R7 each.

The Toy Factory Shop (Durban, South Africa) are direct importers of toys, keeping prices very low while maintaining a very high quality.  We currently have five shops in Kwa-Zulu Natal, but deliver nationally through our website.

We offer FREE delivery for orders over a certain amount, details of which can be viewed on our website.
